The Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center is located on the corner of High and Court streets in Historic Olde Towne Portsmouth.

HOURS:
Wednesday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sunday 1:00-5:00 p.m.

First Weekend Fridays, March – October open 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Open on Monday holidays and on the First Friday of each month from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

ADMISSION:

 

  • 2-17 years: $2.00
  • 18 and up: $3.00
  • Seniors, AAA & Military: $2.00

PARKING:

Downtown Portsmouth Virginia Parking InformationParking is available next to the Courthouse and in both parking garages, located at County and Middle streets, and London and Middle streets.

Blue Star MuseumBlue Star Museums have offered free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve, from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The program runs from Memorial Day, Monday, 28 May 2018 through Labor Day, Monday, 3 September 2018.
